Order Processing & Production

All our dresses are made-to-order to ensure the best fit and quality for you.

Standard Processing Timeline

  1. Order Verification: After you place your order, our team will review your order details (including size, measurements, and shipping address) within 1-3 business days. We will contact you if we need any additional information.
  2. Production: Once your order is verified, our tailors will begin crafting your dress. Standard production takes 3-4 weeks for both standard size and custom size orders.
  3. Quality Inspection: Each dress undergoes a final quality check before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

Rush Production Service

We offer a rush production option for customers who need their dress sooner. With rush service:

  • Production time is shortened to 5-7 business days
  • An additional rush fee applies (calculated at checkout)
  • Rush service is available for both standard and custom size orders

Important Note: All custom size orders are final and cannot be canceled once production has begun.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland and New Zealand. For customers in other countries, please contact our customer service team at service@lvlvs.com to confirm shipping availability before placing your order.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable international shipping carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, DPD, and USPS. Our team will select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on your location and shipping method. Customers cannot specify a particular carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All delivery times below are estimates and refer to business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times do not include production time.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after shipping. You can track your order status at any time using the "Track Your Order" feature on our website.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We take responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely and in good condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will either resend your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you to provide updates and assistance.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has not yet begun, you may still cancel your order with a 15% processing fee. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
