Return Policy

Conditions

All returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair, with all tags attched. Once a tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are in an unacceptable state.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom Size Dresses, Purchased Try-On Dresses, Swatches, Fabric by the Yard And Ready to Ship Dresses.
  • Our dresses (including standard sizes) are made-to-order to reduce environmental waste, Please avoid ordering multiple items and only keep one for fitting.

How to return & exchange

Please note:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days upon receiving the items. It generally will take 0 - 15 business days to get your refund.
  • Shipping fees, rush order fees will not be refunded. And we do not take the responsibility for return and exchange shipping fees.
  • If you place a group order, you'd better note your event date to ensure timely delivery. If your girls place orders separately, please place all orders in one day and tell us all the order numbers to avoid color discrepancies.

Return Steps:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Contact us at service@lvlvs.com with your order number and the issues.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-7 business days after receiving the return address and provide us with the return package tracking number.
  • Return the parcel.(If the item is seized by customs, the buyer will be responsible for any associated customs fees. ) Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect its condition.
  • All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

Changes & Cancellations

For Changes:

  • If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us at service@lvlvs.com within 24 hours of payment confirmation. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for change of standard size dresses after 24 hours. Custom size dresses cannot be change after 24 hours.

For Cancellations:

  • The orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • The orders canceled over 24 hours of payment confirmation before shipping will be eligible for an 80% refund.
  • Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Order Placement Considerations

  • About Color

    If you place a group order, we advise you place an order to avoid potential color discrepancies. All products are photographed using the actual items, but slight color variations might occur due to lighting or photography issues.

  • About Size

    Size variations exist between different companies, so it's important to refer to our size chart when placing an order. We cannot afford to the "buy-many-keep-one" purchase. If standard sizes are not suitable, we recommend custom size.
  • Product Problem

    If there is any problem with the product, such as incorrect product, quality defects, size discrepancies, etc., please contact our customer service team at service@lvlvs.com with valid photo to substantiate your claim.

  • Product Craftsmanship & Improvements​

    We regularly improve the craftsmanship and production methods of our dresses based on customer feedback. Therefore, the same style may have different production craftsmanship, which is not a mistake. This difference can be acceptable and is not included in our return policy.

What will be a custom option (customized product)?

  • Custom color
  • Custom size
  • Customization
  • Choose or offer a color which is not the main shown picture color;
  • Change back style which is not the original one;
  • Unusual size: 0-16, 18-30;
  • Offer a dress image (not from us) to customize, OEM, etc.
