Already placed your order? We still have your back.

If you have already purchased an item from LVLVS.com and find a lower price within 15 days of your order date, we will refund you the difference plus 2% directly to your original payment method. Shop now, and adjust later if you find a better deal—no stress, no hassle.

Terms & Exceptions

To keep our Price Match Guarantee fair for all our customers, a few standard terms apply:

  • The competitor’s advertised price must be sold online at an Authorized U.S. Retailer, and available to the general public (not exclusive member-only, logged-in only, or employee pricing).
  • The product must be identical: same brand, style number, size, color, and available for immediate shipment to your location.
  • This policy does not apply to items marked as sale, clearance, closeout, liquidation, or special auction pricing.
  • Prices from third-party marketplace sellers, unauthorized resellers, flash sales, limited-time pop-up promotions, or major holiday sales events (including Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are excluded.
  • Bundle deals, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, mail-in rebates, gift card with purchase promotions, or financing offers do not qualify for price matching.
  • Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or out-of-stock items from competitors are not eligible.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other LVLVS discount, coupon, loyalty reward, or special promotional offer.

How to Request a Price Match

Getting your price match or price adjustment is quick and easy:

  1. Reach out to our customer support team at service@lvlvs.com with your request.
  2. Include a direct link to the competitor’s product page, plus a screenshot of the current, verifiable advertised price (including all applicable shipping fees, to ensure an apples-to-apples comparison).
  3. For post-purchase requests, please add your LVLVS order number to help us process your request faster.
  4. Our team will review and verify your request within 48 business hours. If approved, we’ll apply your price match at checkout or process your refund to your original payment method right away.
LVLVS reserves the right to modify or terminate this Price Match Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any request before approval, and to decline requests that do not meet our policy terms.
