Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- Clean and free of lint, hair, and stains
- All original tags and packaging attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If a return is refused due to unacceptable condition, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom size dresses (including any size modifications)
- Custom color or custom design dresses
- Purchased try-on dresses
- Fabric swatches and fabric by the yard
Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process & Fees
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at service@lvlvs.com with your order number and reason for return
- Include clear photos of the item if you are returning due to a quality issue, size discrepancy, or wrong item
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the official return address and further instructions
- Ship the item within 3-7 business days of receiving the return address and provide us with the tracking number

Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees and rush production fees are non-refundable
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with return shipments
- If a returned item is seized by customs, the customer is responsible for all associated fees
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order (such as size, color, or shipping address), please contact us at service@lvlvs.com within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Changes made within 24 hours are free of charge
- Changes to standard size dresses made after 24 hours will incur a 15% processing fee
- Custom size or custom design dresses cannot be changed after 24 hours
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment confirmation: Full refund
- Cancellations made after 24 hours but before production begins: 85% refund (15% processing fee)
- Cancellations made after production has begun: No refund
- Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been shipped
Product Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the original packaging
We will review your claim within 24 business hours and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Color & Craftsmanship Notes
All products are photographed using actual items. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor displays and lighting conditions.
We continuously improve our craftsmanship based on customer feedback. If you receive an item that differs significantly from the product description or photos, please contact us to discuss a resolution.
